Department Responsibilities
- Support the Policy Owners, the President's Policy Committee, and Responsible Officers throughout the policy lifecycle: initiation, development, implementation and subsequent policy management.
- Manage the review schedule of policy and procedure development for the Policy Planning Committee.
- Communicate timely and relevant information regarding new and amended policies to the broader University community, and maintaining the central repository and official web site for all current institution-wide administrative policies.
- Work with Policy Owners to ensure compliance with the review schedule and to share policy user feedback.
- Provide editing, document control, and change control services to owners of processes, policy, forms and contracts.
- Maintain the content management system and policy server to house the U-Wide Policy and Forms Libraries.
